Refund & Return Policy - Noodolab

We offer a 90-day return policy. You have 90 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@noodolab.com with your order number. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 15 days at info@noodolab.com with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, personal care goods cannot be returned if the hygiene seal is broken. Perishable goods, gift cards, and custom/personalized products are also non-returnable unless defective. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a new item is to return your current item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. This right applies even to sale items. For non-defective returns under this right, you are responsible for return shipping unless we state otherwise.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm if your refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank to post the refund.

Return Address
To ensure fast processing, we will provide you with the correct return address based on your location once your return is approved. Please do not ship items to the addresses below without authorization.
